Your Monetary contributions are used for education, living costs, financial aid for extreme situations, and job training. Funds are allotted based on the child and the child's family's needs. Monetary contributions are also used in counseling and function s designed for children, such as summer retreats to build confidence, Children's day festivals, and Christmas celebrations.
How do I sponsor a child?
- - Sponsor request form and simple identification
- - Deciding on the method of money transfer
- - Sponsor time agreement: At least one year
- - Complete understanding of Sponsor Regulations & Directions
How is the money used?
- - Mainly in the HELP Program
- - A one-on-one sponsor fund to a specific child
- - 15% of all funds are reserved for office fees, which are used in programs
To send the child letters or presents
- - Letters are possible at any time.
- - They are to be sent to the Foundation.
- - E-mails, text messages and other methods of direct contact are restricted for safety reasons.
- - Presents are possible and are welcomed.
- - Presents are also to be sent to the Foundation, where it will be delivered promptly to the child.
Meeting or Inviting a Child
- - Deciding on a meeting date.
- - Checking with the Foundation to see if the child is available.
- - A PSBIK representative must accompany the sponsor and child unless it is a special scenario.
- - Discussing all conditions and situations with the Foundation.
Sponsor Regulations & Directions
- - Agreement with the Foundation’s policies and how the money is used
- - Understanding of the Foundation’s management policies
- - Presents (Money) are used in entirety due to the sponsor’s wishes
- - The Sponsor’s requests are met and all confidentiality is assured.

If the sponsor decides to use CMS, funds are released
from the Sponsor’s bank account automatically on the designated day. - - Giro Usage: The sponsor can choose to use giro forms provided by the Pearlsbuck Foundation or the ones located at various banks.
